The Aston Martin DB7 Vantage is powered by an all new engine. The new 420bhp, 48 valve, all alloy V-12 engine delives 400lb-ft of torque and is the first of a totally new generation of advanced technology AM power units, which are already capable of exceeding the most stringent of current and projected worldwide and California emission standards. It incorporates the latest F1 Technology and has been designed and developed in close cooperation with Ford Research.
